Refund Policy
- All purchase at the REGULAR price has the right to claim if it is made in 1 week after making your purchase, after the week no claim is accepted.
- Why only one week? Because at the same time your tracking number is sent to you, your package takes 3 to 4 days to arrive, if in those 3 or 4 days it does not arrive, you must notify me not 2 or 3 weeks later because I can not claim the mail after a week. (Let's be fair to both parties).
- Money refund is only made if your package appears lost when you put the tracking number in the system (address verification is required to know that the error was not by address but by mail) Some of your purchases at a regular price arrived broken or damaged.
- CLEARANCE SALES HAVE NO RIGHT TO RETURN MONEY OR REPLACE PRODUCTS. Clearance is a final sale just like any department store.
- NO merchandise is kept for ANYONE. You request & process your payment, otherwise, the item will remain for sale. Because we have already had bad times saving merchandise & when paying they do not appear.
